The 2024 Panhandle Pride Festival will be Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Amarillo Civic Center outdoor space in Amarillo! Come join more than 3,500 people as we celebrate diversity and inclusion in the Texas Panhandle.

- Food Trucks: Venue will be offering food/snacks. Food Trucks are not permitted on site.

Special conditions
Single Vendor Space (Green and Yellow Sections): Space size is 10x10. The green and yellow sections are covered areas on concrete and are for single booths. The yellow section are premium spaces and cost extra.
Double Vendor Space (Red and Blue Sections): Space size is 10x20. The blue section is a covered area on concrete. The red section is not completely covered and is on dirt. The red and blue sections are for double booths. The blue section are premium spaces and cost extra.
Food Trucks: The venue will be offering food/snacks. Food trucks will not be available.
Vendors will receive 2 Vendor Passes for a single booth, 3 Vendor Passes for a double booth, and 4 Vendor Passes for a Food Truck. Vendor Passes include entry to the Festival. Vendors must wear their vendor pass at all times. If additional passes are needed, you must purchase them separately.
Booth vendors must bring their own table and setup. Electricity is not available. Vendors are assigned to spaces in the order in which they register.
How to register:
- Download and review the Vendor Space Licensing Agreement (You must sign an electronic version of this after registering).
- Download and view the map to choose your vendor section.
- When you're ready, click on the REGISTER button.
- Choose your vendor section, add-ons and continue to add your contact information, then continue to payment.
- If you pay online, you will see a confirmation page. Click on the BACK TO WEBSITE button to complete and sign the Agreement.
- If you choose to pay by mail, you will see a page with a happy guy, click on GO BACK TO THE WEBSITE and you will see a confirmation page. Then click on the BACK TO WEBSITE button to complete and sign the Agreement. Remember, mailed payments must be received by September 15, 2024, or the space will be released.
All Vendor booths must be set up by 12:30 pm. Vendors may begin arriving at 8:00 am and must enter the gate by no later than 12:00 pm. No vendors will be allowed entry to set up after 12:30 pm.
Fees are non-refundable unless the Festival is cancelled.
