Panhandle Pride, Inc. focuses on three impact areas including diversity, equity, and inclusion; awareness and understanding; and health, safety and wellbeing.  Our goal is to strengthen organizations by sharing their mission; organizing with purpose; advocating for our community; providing financial assistance; and keeping everyone informed.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Community Council

The Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Community Council consists of one representative from each active Business Ally member.  The purpose of the Council is to build strong employer DEI programs to improve employment opportunities for our community.  A Chair and Vice Chair are elected by the council members and the Chair of the Council serves on the Panhandle Pride Board of Directors.
